I’m hands-on when needed, and a leader who knows how to delegate, trust, and inspire.
I aim to build teams that work comfortably, stay productive, and create meaningful results. Beyond work, I’m into design, technology, art, music, dance, cars, plants, and everything that makes life balanced and inspiring.
I lead a multidisciplinary design team focused on hardware projects and covering industrial and product design, UX research and packaging.
My background spans UX, graphics, motion, 3D, branding, mechanical design and huge experience in industrial design.
I connect creative and technical worlds — from electronics and enclosures to business analytics, psychology and communication.
Hello!
I’m Albert — a design leader who builds meaning at the intersection of technology, form and experience
I design with the belief that objects must feel intentional and alive.
Character is what gives a product presence —
a quiet confidence shaped by form, proportion and emotional clarity.
When technology, precision and human sensitivity align, a product gains its own voice: subtle, distinct and impossible to ignore.
Every product deserves its own
CHARACTER
PHILOSOPHY
I was born in Yakutsk, where clarity, restraint and attention to subtle details naturally shaped my sense of aesthetics.
Origins
craft
Later I moved to Tomsk to study engineering and design: radio electronics and business analytics at Tomsk University of Radioelectronics, followed by a master’s degree with honors in industrial design at Tomsk Polytechnic University. Tomsk became the place where I entered the profession — where I first developed a design approach built on engineering precision, refined form, material thinking and an intuitive understanding of how people interact with objects.
scale
Moscow became the next chapter — and a turning point. Here I grew rapidly as a designer, found new scale and joined environments where design, technology and responsibility met at a higher level.
visibility
I worked at Sber as an industrial designer in an R&D lab, creating concept devices and building functional hardware prototypes with a small engineering team.
This experience made me visible inside the corporation: teams across the company reached out for collaboration and design support. Our unit became a recognizable design voice, and it was here that I first understood my natural inclination toward leadership — not as a title, but as influence, direction and clarity.
leadership
After Sber, I joined Aquarius as Head of Industrial Design Department with the task of creating a unified design system for the company’s hardware products. I built this system from scratch and gradually expanded my role beyond industrial design: launching UX research, interface and product design, communication design, and contributing to the renewed corporate branding.
At Aquarius I grew into leading multidisciplinary teams — defining processes, supporting people, shaping culture, and creating an environment where designers could work clearly, confidently and with purpose.
Today
This path — from engineering to industrial design, from hands-on work to guiding cross-functional teams — shaped both my philosophy and my style. I see design as a precise and thoughtful synthesis of technology, form and human emotion, and leadership as a discipline of shaping culture, elevating others and giving structure to ideas.
